From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Hospitality Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Kids or Student Ministries Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Connect Group — we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.

DREAM TEAM DESCRIPTIONS
HOSPITALITY TEAMS: Greeter, Prayer, Usher, Communion, Security, Facilities (snow removal, lawn care, custodial, maintenance)
Host teams are an essential part of church life and make Orchard Hill feel like home to every person who walks through our doors. The environment we create goes far beyond big smiles, a friendly greeting, and hot coffee. God uses host teams to set the stage to reach more people and change lives. A background check is required to serve on these Dream Teams.
OHC KIDS TEAMS: OHC Kids Check-In, OHC Kids (birth - 6th grade)
Orchard Hill Kids is one team with four areas. Kids are important to Jesus and to us! We seek to create an atmosphere where kids can encounter the presence of Jesus that is understandable and meaningful to them. A background check is required to serve on these Dream Teams.
STUDENT TEAM: Youth Life Student Ministries (grades 6 - 12)
The Student Team helps middle school and high school students feel welcome and known by creating environments where they connect with God, can experience Him, and take their next steps. At Orchard Hill Church, we believe the next generation is the future of the church. God desires to encounter teenagers in a real and powerful way. A background check is required to serve on this Dream Team.
CONNECT GROUP TEAM: Connect Group Leaders
This team is trained to facilitate Connect Groups by creating environments where people can experience community, find freedom, and grow in their relationships with Jesus. A background check is required for all Connect Group leaders.
WORSHIP TEAM
The Worship Team facilitates a powerful, on-stage worship experience through utilizing the skills of vocalists and instrumentalists. A background check is required to serve on this Dream Team.
PRODUCTION TEAM
The Production Team facilitates a powerful, distraction-free worship experience through the use of lighting, video technology, and audio engineering. A background check is required to serve on this Dream Team.
CREATIVE ARTS TEAM
The Creative Arts Team facilitates a powerful, expressive worship experience through the use of the arts as a supernatural way to open the doors to the miraculous love and power of God that brings healing. and transformation. A background check is required to serve on this Dream Team.
OUTREACH TEAMS: VBS Summer Camp, Bash at the Orchard
OHC Outreach Teams are short-term ministry teams that are assembled and trained to serve at specific events throughout the year. There are opportunities to share the gospel with all age groups and use a variety of different gifts! Everything these teams do is focused on creating an atmosphere that is safe, fun and most importantly filled with the presence of God. We desire to see our neighborhoods and surrounding region introduced to a relationship with Jesus. A background check is required to serve on these Dream Teams.
